Union League Golf Club at Torresdale

Outside Staff Management

Helped create the procedures used for the everyday outside staff including, setting the range, bag drop, staging of carts, and closing.

Junior Golf

Helped increase our junior golf camp from 12 juniors to 30. Created lesson plans for both the junior camps, and our weekly junior practice days.

Merchandising

Was in charge of checking in all merchandise, making sure all of the order was counted for, and in good condition. Also helped create various merchandise displays both inside and outside the golf shop.

Ladies Golf

Instructor for our 30 lady, weekly golf clinic involving a 30 minute lesson followed by 3 holes of golf.

Hawthorns Golf & Country Club

Outside Staff Management

o Ensuring the staff was creating a world class daily golf experience

Junior Golf Instruction

o This included over 100 hours of junior golf camps designed to create a fun atmosphere for kids to learn to enjoy golf

o PGA Jr. League Golf assistant coach which involved creating, organizing, and executing a practice schedule for the team, along with assisting our head coach in administrative matters.

Merchandising

o Responsibilities included setting up and organizing displays of various sizes Along with creating displays, choosing apparel pieces for the summer and fall merchandise became a responsibility

U.S. Open Merchandising Tent with '47 Brand

Worked the entire U.S. Open at Merion Golf Club in both the main merchandise tent and the satellite tent

o In the large tent, responsibilities were primarily sales, as well as helping with stocking the shelves and keeping the area presentable

o In the smaller tent, responsibilities were restocking and rotating merchandise to promote sales of less popular items

The Ridge at Back Brook

Outside Operations Management

o Responsibilities included managing the car fleet (54 cars), ensuring it was kept clean, and cars were readily available for all members

Golf Instruction and Junior Programs

o Instructor in week-long junior camp with 15 junior golfers ranging in age from 6 to 14

o Instructor for the weekly junior nights that were an hour long every Friday;weekly junior nights included six to eight juniors depending on the activity

Practice Facility Management

o Responsibilities included setting up hitting stations in pyramids and routinely checking on the stations throughout the day and maintaining a professional presentation

Get Golf Ready Program Fall 2014 and Fall 2013

o Instructor and Lead for the four-day program. Taught students for two hours each session going over full swing, short game, and on course management
